Situated in the luxurious Four Points by Sheraton, the Corn Exchange is an award-winning brasserie that excels in one of the finest examples of enjoyable edible excess: the seafood buffet. Harbouring fresh crabs, mussels, oysters, prawns, sashimi and sushi, this classy restaurant also offers enough for the non-fish fanatics, with a selection of beef, chicken, vegie, salad, antipasto and dessert dishes to satiate the hungry. For the thirsty, a wine or cocktail at the Four Points hotel's Lobby Lounge or Dundee Arms might be just what the doctor ordered. With large open views of the harbour, the Corn Exchange is a relaxing dining spot that shows off Darling Harbour in all her finery, from morning through to night.
