Having moved around Bathurst thrice since it opened, The Continental Restaurant has now settled in upstairs at The Scott Centre, where accommodating balconies offer pleasant park views. Arthur Litsos, owner and head chef since 1983, recommends the saganaki prawns for entree - green prawns with garlic topped with feta cheese - followed by a succulent 16-ounce chargrilled steak.
