Named after one of the most iconic landmarks in Delhi, this restaurant is fast earning its own reputation as a landmark on the Sydney dining scene. Head chef Amit Malhotra's extensive cooking experience gives him a well-deserved pedigree that he is transferring to his own dining venture.
The menu is completely authentic Indian cuisine from all regions, covering classic dishes such as the chicken Punjabi tikka masala to Malhotra's own signature six hour slow-cooked goat nihari. All the dishes at this restaurant are meticulously crafted, exhibiting Malhotra's passion for authentic Indian cuisine combined with more than 25 years of culinary experience.
