Begun way back in 1989, Colefax quickly established itself as one of Sydney's premier handmade artisan chocolate retailers - a reputation that it has maintained to this day.
For one of the best hot chocolates this side of the Bridge, head to the Colefax cafe in Haberfield. Ensconcing yourself in one of their plush leather couches makes the rich and full-bodied hot chocolate that much more decadent. For those with a full-blown chocolate addiction, the Bankstown factory outlet may be on your banned list of places. If not, it's one of the best spots to pick up couverture couture for a bargain.
