The stylish warehouse-like surrounds in this former laundromat set the scene for some show-stopping gastronomic feats, courtesy of chef Eddie Atkins who has served under the likes of Gordon Ramsay before spearheading the culinary portion of this Armadale backstreet cafe venture.
Cute wooden chairs and a light-filled dining area, courtesy of the colossal street-front windows, lend the cafe an instantly warm and homely feel that perfectly offsets the chic industrial-style concrete floors and open brick detailing.
The all-day brekkie menu is a treat, with highlights such as the caramelised French toast soldiers with Canadian maple syrup and bacon, or the house-cured ocean trout on potato rosti.
