Sitting on the main dining strip of Busselton, this little eatery serves up popular Thai dishes for inexpensive prices. From entrees like Thai fish cakes and curry puffs, to mains like masaman curry, barbecued chicken and pad thai, Coco's Thai ensures that your favourite tastes are delivered with authenticity, with a bit of spice here and there. Vegetarians are well served by options like the golden spring rolls and the vegetarian green curry.

Fairly Authentic
This place is one of those rare treasures you find and keep going back for more. Both take away and dine-in meals are fantastic and, unlike most places, both are of equal portions.
The dishes are all flavourful and fresh, with the standard frozen veg not appearing anywhere. The meats seem a good quality although chicken is at the cheaper end of the scale (my suggestion is the lamb or beef).
The spring rolls and other entrees appear to be handmade (except the fishcakes unfortunately) and very tasty.
The mains list is extensive with a great variety of meats and seafoods available in each dish. There really is something for everyone, offering true Thai dishes for those initiated and more subdude dishes for those a little more cautious. All dishes can vary their spicyness with the heat option being offered by staff on ordering. Just remember thai's version of hot is HOT!!!!
The presentation is fairly mainstream, with nice touches (even if a little cliche) of coconut shells and plates/bowls.
The atmosphere is cosy and friendly, double clothed tables, great colours and more coconut shells. There is a better than expected attention to detail, for a small restaurant, a nice surprise! A nice place to have a quiet, romantic dinner.
I would recommend Coco's to those who enjoy real Thai food and especially the curry dishes (Massaman is sublime). Just one word of warning, book on the weekends and be prepared to wait for your take aways sometimes. The busy times are flat out and sometimes the "just 5 more minutes" is a lot longer (but worth the wait).
