Owner/chef Jim Nguyen's passion for traditional Vietnamese food is evident from the moment you set eyes on the menu. Authentic dishes come thick and fast among the offerings here, but that's not to say Jim doesn't have his own individual touch. The chef's specials are highly sought after among locals in the know, and once you've tried the chef's special red chicken curry you'll understand why.
