Lovers of hot chocolate (and let's face it, that's most of us) crave that sweet, melt-in-your-mouth sensation only this delicious drink can bring. That's just one of the pleasures that can be had at Coco Loco, a specialty organic and Fair Trade chocolate bar where ethical eating meets liquid bliss. Owner and alchemist Khaled Sherbini uses certified organic cashews to create "Kashew Mylk", a vegan, preservative-free, wheat-free, gluten-free and cholesterol-free milk used in many of his beverage creations, like the "Kashewcino" and "Kashew latte". Equally luscious are the truffles, crepes, cheeses, fondues and exotic chocolate liqueur concoctions on hand.
