Though he's been supplying Sydney's top restaurants with fresh seafood for years, this little eatery in the city's new Westfield is John Susman's first venture into cooking and serving up the goods. The seafood on offer here is all sustainable, fresh as can be, and cooked to your liking. The plank-roasted king salmon is a winner, and already hugely popular. Bound to be a hit with shoppers and city workers, this is a cut above most food court options.
