More astute observers will know that the "claypit" in the name of this Reservoir eatery refers to the tandoor oven. That means only one thing: expect Punjabi cuisine from northern India, and plenty of it.
With this in mind, expect the menu at Claypit to run the gamut of northern specialties such as vindaloo, matar and butter chicken curries. Southern Indian curries like the madras sneak into the menu as well to add some diversity, but the majority of offerings here stick to the authentic recipes from the Punjab.
