Simply Superb!! Highly Recommended
Had dinner with my wife and Claudes deserves its 3rd hat back! Truffles was in season, and it was gloriously utilised in Chui Lee Lok's degustation menu - the food was so glorious and so finely balanced it felt like we were having a meal cooked by a French artisan under the Eiffel tower. We go to all the best restaurants in Sydney, this one beats Tetsuya / Icebergs by a whole mile. Enjoy!!!

A dining experience
The degustation and wine flight was excellent! The wines were well matched. The duck was soooo good. Best meal I've had in a long long time.

Three Hat Heaven
It's hard not to give outstanding marks for this restaurant. Newly awarded with three hats, we decided to book in to experience the 8 course degustion menu accompanied by the wine flight. We were not too familiar with top fine dining restaurants, and not really well versed in our wines, so this was going to be a lesson. I am happy to report that it was an amazing experience; over three and half hours we were given a real journey of divine dishes and fabulous wines. I now understand why people rave about matching wines to a meal - it was a major part of what we loved about Claudes. Highlights of the new menu for us were the salmon consomme, the Aylesbury duck and the unbelivable avacado ice cream with rose syrup. The service was discreet; the restaurant small and intimate; overall a very memorable experience for us.
