one of my favourites in melb
Casual, inviting, stylish, cosy.
Carefully selected wines by glass as well as bottle. Selections change regularly.
Great ambience..real melbourne
food is fast exceptional value and amazing quality for the price paid. Tailored for the "drop in" or on "the way to theatre" market- casual communal table out back, bar at front. I think it shares same kitchen as the adjoining "European" fine dining restaruant. I have given it 5 stars for the quality you get at the price paid (18-25) REally Great!!!

Pre-drink in Melbourne? no better place
I recently visited Melbourne and instantly fell in love but a few places stood out. This was one of them. Great little place with fantastic selection of wines, where you can sit at the bar talking to the friendly staff and have a nibble or at the big wooden communal table and have a great main. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, and not arrogant like you would find so much in Sydney!
