The Cipri brothers are famous among foodies in this part of town, and their latest offering, Cipri Italian, promises to be another strong performer.
When the ever-popular Swordfish closed in late 2008, most people in the know were betting it was only a matter of time before Anthony, Joe and Carmelo were back on the scene.
Now housed in the old Sugo site, the brothers have gone out on a limb with the menu here, adding some unconventional fare to the classic stalwarts of Italian cuisine. Honeycomb tripe with borlotti beans and beef short ribs is just one of the more unusual offerings from the boys; however, with Carmelo and two chefs from Pendolino running the kitchen, it's a fairly safe bet that this place will be a success.

A great little find...
We had a table for 8 people. We found the restaurant by doing a Google search for the area.We were absolutely thrilled with our find. The food was delicious and extremely tasty. Everything was hot including the plates. Variety on the menu was superb. We ate a variety of the meals and there was not one complaint. Service was first class. The waiter told us the story of the family photos on the menus and nothing was too much trouble. Water was plentiful and the food came at the right intervals allowing you to savour each course. Wine list is extensive and quite expensive but it goes well with the standard of the food. The only problem was we ordered too much food so be careful with "tasters" and "Entree" as you tend to order both.Gelati dessert to share was YUM!!We would all highly recommend you seek out this place and ejoy a great dining experience.
