Diners are in for a treat when they dine at Castle Hill's Cibo e Vino, as among those creating tasty and generously proportioned dishes is head chef Paul Toogood, formerly of the much-lauded River Cafe in London.
The menu, under Toogood's guidance, places a strong emphasis on seasonal and regional produce, with much of the food on offer being created from scratch. Restaurant-goers can feast on ethereal pillows of gnocchi in a tomato and pecorino sauce, or a slew of other delights that, given their esteemed provenance, are offered a simple and honest spotlight in which to shine.
