In one of Bathurst's most historic buildings and boasting arguably the town's most peaceful, leafy courtyard, this place is more than your average pub bistro. These guys take their pizza seriously, importing their woodfire oven from Italy, but luckily not so seriously that they don't experiment. The menu is constantly changing with new innovations and seasonal delights. Think strips of marinated beef in seeded mustard with slow-roasted tomatoes and potato topped with fresh horseradish cream and watercress; there's even a pizza with saltwater crocodile on it. There's also a good range of traditional pizzas and a dessert pizza special that's definitely worth a try.
