Chun Po is the type of restaurant that pours all its effort into its food. There's no bloated advertising budget and no contemporary chic decor; any props this place gets are from old-fashioned word of mouth. Having said this, Chun Po is a restaurant you should have heard of.
Chinese food purists will appreciate the menu at Chun Po - a lengthy read filled with stalwarts such as shark fin soup, XO sauces and Peking duck. A few surprises are thrown in here and there, but stick close to the chef's specials and dishes that Chun Po's reputation was built on (minced pork and green beans with XO sauce to name just one) and you can't go wrong.

Real flavour - authentic Cantonese cuisine
After shopping with my friends, we just dropped in Chun Po. I was so surprised - their crispy chicken is so crispy and juicy. I rate it number one in Melbourne.
