Cheap, friendly and fabulous
I have been there on three occasions now - and have recommended it to many people. It is a rare find in Sydney’s pretentious restaurant culture. The staff are friendly - the service is fantastic (give them exactly 10 mins to get your food on the table once you order) and the ambience is great - I would advise the best table in the house is the one with the fish tank at the end of the table (and I love any restaurant that has pink vinyl chairs!) The crispy vegetable pancake is to die for - and the rice paper rolls deserve to be ordered twice! The lemongrass chicken was a huge favourite too. The bill for 8 of us (after being stuffed) was $100 - cheap as!
