Right in the heart of Thaitown sits this somewhat unorthodox but definitely authentic Thai restaurant, specialising in cheap eats and tasty treats. Instead of the usual swathes of bright yellow usually associated with Thai restaurants, Chilli Cha Cha opted for a dynamic red motif, offset by cream tiles, white chairs and floor-to-ceiling mirrors.
That's as far as the deviation from tradition goes for this restaurant, with all the staples of Thai cuisine you know and love well represented, and even some you may not know. The pork neck is definitely worth a try for connoisseurs and first-timers alike; ditto for the soft-shell crab, but be warned - it's not just a clever name. If something is described as spicy, prepare for some serious heat to be thrown your way.
