Its no fluke that this restaurant, sporting a menu of Chinese and Vietnamese favourites, has survived the competitive Maroubra dining set for so long.
As the name implies, Cheung Sing is primarily a barbecue house, so do yourself a favour and order at least one or two things that have received the chargrill treatment. The prices won't exactly break the bank, and once you've had your fill of smoky char, you can move onto a savoury pho or hotpot.
