Be charmed by the curries of Charminar Indian Cuisine, a group of modern Indian restaurants conveniently located across the Adelaide suburbs. The clean and contemporary design of these eateries sets them apart from other local Indian hubs, although the stylish settings come secondary to the interesting range of subcontinental foods on the Charminar menus.
Sure, you can get a traditional vindaloo, rogan josh or chicken tikka, but you can also dive headfirst into chef's specialties like goat do pyaza (a goat curry with cardamom, tomato sauce, cumin, bay leaves and mace), and vilayati scotch (a tandoor-cooked scotch fillet with freshly ground mustard pepper and a red wine masala).
