If Justin North continues to open restaurants at this pace, he'll soon rival the big fast food chains for sheer number of outlets (obviously, the food is much better). Adding to his already stacked hand of eateries - which includes Becasse, Plan B, Becasse Bakery and the original Charlie & Co - comes his second ode to the humble burger, Charlie & Co version 2.0, this time housed in the Sydney Opera House's eponymous new kitchen.
Just like the Westfield original, locally sourced, premium produce is used in creating these handfuls of decadence, and the variety ranges from a classic wagyu burger with aged cheddar and pickled gherkins to a hand-crafted chilli crab burger.
