This narrow little cafe on Glenferrie road features a cosy, warm space, alfresco seating out the front and a gorgeous courtyard at the back. The cafe menu offers breakfast and lunch goodies like the grilled haloumi toasted open sandwich with fresh tomato, avocado and zaatar herb; and the chicken, leek and asparagus risotto with Dodoni goat's cheese and fresh herbs. If you like the fresh sourdough bread your breakfast comes on, buy a loaf to take home - everything is baked fresh daily and you'll often see locals popping in for bakery supplies as well as a quick coffee.
