Another of the plethora of dining options at the opulent Carrington Hotel, this friendly little bar caters to those after a casual meal far removed from the pomp of the Grand Dining Room.
It's amazing how the same venue that offers Victorian fine dining can also offer this friendly little cocktail bar. The quality of food is still there, but the three-course offerings have been switched for some good old fashioned comfort foods. The Cajun chicken burger, served with horseradish, creme fraiche and fries, is familiar enough to be approachable but innovative enough to be interesting.
