This is restaurateur and chef Michel Bonnet's third Parisian-styled bistro. All the classic Francophile touches are here, from the mahogany-coloured chairs to the comfy leather banquette. The food is classic French bistro fare with dishes such as the cassoulet taking centre stage: for the uninitiated, this hearty casserole contains haricot beans, confit duck leg and Toulouse sausage covered in an unctuously thick slice of pork belly which is then crisped in the oven until caramelized. The souffle is an appealing mix of seafood and a lobster sauce. For a great night out, consider having a classic glass of French champagne or a glass of equally notable French red.

Food was quite good but certain staff were rude and harsh, and the waitresses a bit clumsy. E.g. waitresses continued to knock cutlery off tables throughout the night; in one instance a waitress dropped a knife and placed it back on the table rather than replacing it with a clean one. It was also very hard to get the waitresses' attention. Would not go back there.
