This eco-cafe, housed in the Centre for Education and Research in Environmental Strategies, ticks so many boxes it's almost too good to be true. As you'd expect, it's definitely eco-friendly, with kitchen gardens, recycling, composting and minimising carbon footprint all standard practice.
So we get that it's good for the planet, but the CERES Cafe is just as good for people. Everything is cooked on site, around 80 percent of the menu is completely organic, and there's a wide spread of healthy and dietary specific meals. Throw in the leafy surrounds, alfresco seating and kid and pet facilities (where you park your child/pet is up to you, there's no judgement here) and it looks like this enviro-cafe is putting all others to shame.
