Caveau comes with great pedigree. Banc-trained chef Peter Sheppard's modern Australian menu has a French accent and the dishes are filled with the best produce from the local area. Peter also offers a hands-on afternoon cooking school with lessons for groups of 8-10.

Sensational
The food was absolutely sensational. We went on a degustation evening and thoroughly enjoyed each of the 5 meals which were matched impeccably with 4 different wines. We experienced exceptional service in a relaxed atmosphere. This restaurant is by far our favourite fine dining restaurant in Wollongong.
