Catch 22 Restaurant

How's about dining with some dolphins at your doorstep? Well, that's a real possibility at Catch 22 Restaurant, which is located right on the Mandurah Marina, just a splash away from a host of potential aquatic friends. With the warm sunsets and wide ocean in full view from the front deck, Catch 22 can't be faulted on its stunning location.

This modern restaurant shares little in common with Joseph Heller's famous novel Catch-22, but cleverly reinterprets the title for its own fishy pursuits. Some of the seafood offerings include fresh local-caught salmon, Moreton Bay bugs and the 'Fab Crab' spiced crab pizza. The rest of the menu covers steak, chicken, vegie, pasta, pizza, soup and desserts like the interesting lemongrass panna cotta and the Riesling-poached pear. Not a bad catch, hey?

Fairly ordinary
We started off with pizza twists which were quite boring. We then had the Fireaster Pizza which was good and nice and spicy. Also had the fish and chips which were ok, certainly nothing to rave about.
The service was good.
The music was loud and inappropriate.
The menu was uninspiring. There's room for improvement.
