The wait staff were the rudest I have encountered anywhere - although we (repeatedly) ordered something else, they kept trying to offload onto us a tepid carpaccio that was sitting on the bar when we arrived! When we pointed out the mistake we were treated as if we were being ungrateful!
The atmosphere was tense and chaotic, and the kitchen looked grubby; I'm afraid the fake anchor on the wall couldn't make up for the abrasive and haphazard service. The food was mediocre, drowned in garlic and chilli - not my cup of tea - and overpriced.
