Capital Grill


With a locale as good as picturesque Circular Quay, it really doesn't matter what the food is like. Luckily, head chef Zac Sykes doesn't feel the same way. Cutting his teeth in restaurants such as Pier and Omega, it's no surprise the offerings in his own establishment are a classy affair.

The menu simply screams quality and integrity. There are no gimmicks to the food, just quality produce and good technique. The menu goes so far as to list the areas from which the produce is sourced, just to certify the quality and assuage those worried about food miles.
