In the middle of the CBD but tucked away in one of Melbourne's maze-like laneways, this hugely popular cafe and bar serves up coffees that have devotees squashing in here by the dozen as well as a food menu of fresh, tasty cafe staples. The vibe is buzzy and lively, but never rushed or hectic, and you get a true hit of the Melbourne passion for great coffee and great cafes.

Relax with your coffee
Great coffee and location, nestled in the Block Arcade. This is the only cafe on the strip where you can really sit and appreciate the lovely architecture and tiled floor mosaic of the Block through ceiling high windows. Lots of the lastest reading material too! Plays mellow music, not tinny and irritating. Gorgeous old floorboards, and friendly service.
