In many ways, Caffe Alto is a bit of an anomaly. While its convenient city location is what brings people here initially, it is the down-to-earth, friendly and genuine service - usually reserved for small country towns - that keeps people coming back again and again. Opening at the crack of dawn (and sometimes before) makes this an ideal place for an early morning brekkie. The packed corporate lunchtime rush is well justified by the gourmet sandwiches on offer, which include chicken parmigiana and Portugese chicken.

It's OK
I went only one day for breakfast. Nothing special, with good competition close by. The breakfast was fair quality, by priced high for the quality of food.
