Located in what used to be the foyer of one of Adelaide's earliest movie theatres (currently inhabited by the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra), it's hardly surprising that Tempo is rich in culture. Dedicated to traditional Italian cuisine, there is plenty on the menu or specials board to please gatherings of diverse tastes. The spaghetti amatraciana is a standout, featuring a deeply flavoured, earthy tomato sauce coupled with yielding, tasty pork belly. Staff are professional and there's an agreeable wine list.

Misleading menu
This is a good lunch venue in that the service was quick and we were in and out within the hour. The food was ok. my mushroom and ricotta cannelloni turned out to be spinach and ricotta with mushrooms on top.
