What a feast
I'm a Malaysian Indian on a working trip to Melbourne, and was taken here by a local friend. I've eaten Indian cuisine in UK, US, India, Malaysia and Singapore and must say that this was one of the best north Indian meals I've had in a long time. The curries and paste were all freshly made on the premises. The tandoori lamb cutlet was succulent and juicy. The naan, however, was a little cold by the time it reached us but still crispy and delicious. You can also request for the curries to be extra spicy if it suits your palate, which I did for the veggie vindaloo and certainly paid the price for it. Simply great! The owner, Vijay, was always at hand and extremely attentive and friendly as was the rest of the staff. A superb dining experience. Will definitely be heading back there on my next trip to Melbourne.
