Centrally located opposite Croydon train station, Cafe on Strand is a cool and casual spot that attracts locals in need of a breakfast fix, lunchtime bite and, from late 2009 onwards, a tapas titbit to go with a glass of vino. While the breakfasts feature downright favourites like eggs Benedict, the lunch and dinner options offer mod-Oz and internationally inflected sensations.
