Restaurant Information
Chill Seafood
The moniker says it all when it comes to this cafe which offers fresh seafood prepared by chef John Pye. Pye offers diners such seafood dishes as seared calamari and green papaya salad with a lime and palm sugar dressing, Tasmanian salmon fishcake with tartare sauce and lemon oil. Not all dishes are seafood-based; those wanting a taste of the land also have the choice of a 300 gram Scotch fillet with rosemary and olive butter.
