It fulfils every childhood fantasy of a secret place hidden among brightly coloured flowers, tall leafy trees and moss-covered stones. This cafe, secreted within a suburban nursery, seems a million miles away from civilisation and only a blink away from a five-year-old girl's imaginary tea party.
The food is equally as enchanting as the setting, with house-made cakes, tarts and pastries beautifully displayed to entice the hungry patron. The coffee is perfectly made and on the stronger side of the spectrum, but this is a garden cafe after all so tea in all its glorious guises takes centre stage and the selection here is one of quality.
The decor is everything you'd expect from the setting, with wrought iron garden furniture and soft coloured hues. Inside the cafe takes on a slicker aesthetic with dark timber tables and flourishes of chrome and glass.
