Cafe Bastille
We have been to Cafe Bastille with our friends several times, to celebrate special occasions, because the food and service have always been of a very high standard. Unfortunately we returned on Saturday to celebrate my husband's 60th, and were very disappointed to find that it had changed managment. The staff were friendly enough but unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing and not one of us had a decent meal. We were offered a 10% discount, but this did not make up for a such an unacceptable meal. In fact, we decided to go next door to finish our evening with desserts and coffee. We will certainly never return to or recommend this restaurant.
