It's hard to resist the pun, but this cafe's quite the "pearler" indeed. Part of The Pearle luxury resort, formerly the Cable Beach Club Resort, the cafe at The Pearle sits within reach of Broome's trademark tranquil beaches and multi-coloured sunsets. The indoor cafe and outdoor terrace provide breezy spots to enjoy the best of breakfast treats, like free-range omelettes and house-made pancakes. The mod-Oz menu is peppered with local produce and displays an Asian bent in dishes like the fillet of Western Australian fish on a sundried tomato mash with coconut and lime laksa, and a side of apple and fennel salad.
