Cafe at The Hyatt draws upon the expertise and rich cultural heritage of the hotel's chefs to offer an ever-changing buffet. The Gold Plate Award-winning display includes a deli station featuring WA seafood, an array of cold meats and an antipasto selection, and an open kitchen serving hot food such as pasta, roast vegetables and lamb chops.
However, the dessert buffet will have you wishing you had saved room for more. As well as the famous sticky date pudding, there's a sinfully seductive selection of bite-sized cakes, pastries and tarts, mouth-watering creme brulee, crumbles and cheesecake, and shot glasses filled with mousse and trifle. After indulging, you may wish to relax awhile, and the extensive wine and beverage list provides a good reason to linger.

Good Times
A group of us went here for dinner last night. We sat towards the back of the restaurant which was great as we were out of the hussle and bussle of the buffet stations and could talk to one another without shouting.
The seafood was beautiful and the desserts were to die for.
The wait staff probably weren't as attentive as on previous occasions when I have dined there however they were always polite if albeit a bit stand offish.
All in all it was a good night out, everyone walked out feeling happy and content.

best buffet around.
i am not a fan of buffet food but this place gets it right. i have been here several times now for sunday lunch and it always impresses. the atmosphere is great with a small jazz band playing in the foyer,the service is attentive and helpful, whilst the food is fresh and varied. for the ladies the dessert bar is incrediible with everything and anything available. it also represents brilliant value with a drinks package included if required. this time around we ate prawns,crab, oysters and salmon to begin with and had beef, chicken and fish for mains. west cape howe wines, cascade beer and sparkling wine were included and of course desserts to finish. there is a brillant atmosphere here and the new contempory finishes hit the mark. a great day out for any occasion but one the family will love.
