At the rear of the Perth Concert Hall, head chef Michael Fitzgerald and his team put on their own performance with the kitchen as their stage. The menu changes daily, but diners might be treated to lamb rump on a Persian feta and vegetable stack with quince glaze, or homemade gnocchi in triple brie and rocket cream, followed by the house-made panna cotta. The carefully crafted wine list is sure to provide the perfect accompaniment. The cafe is open from Monday to Friday for light lunches, and before and after the performances at the Concert Hall for more formal dinners.
