Cookbook author and renowned chef Ross Dobson has brought his considerable culinary nous to the table at this part-inside, part-outside gallery cafe. It's housed in the Penrith Regional Gallery and the Lewers Bequest, a joint venue comprised of heritage and newer buildings, lush gardens and a smorgasbord of unique exhibitions of classic and contemporary art. Let's talk food: Dobson's thoughtful menu is packed with seasonal - and largely local - fare including soups, pies, curries, sandwiches, tarts, sweets and freshly squeezed orange juice.
