Cafe 111 is an Illy concept shop on the outskirts of the CBD featuring an interesting array of beverages like mango ice cream frappes and creamy Affogato brewed up on a funky fire engine red distiller. Appealing to customers' growing concern with health, food quality and ingredient sources, Cafe 111 promises and delivers organic Euro-cafe cuisine with a focus on light flavours and clean ingredients free from chemicals and GMO products.
The lunch menu features free-range egg omelettes, slab pizza, salads and seasonal blanched vegetables in organic butter sauce, prepared on an authentic French red enamel stove imported directly from Lyon. Breakfast is just as wholesome with freshly-squeezed organic orange juices, organic milk and sourdough fruit toast with locally produced organic honey.
