Wollongong's newest restaurant has a seductive quality that makes it instantly appealing yet approachable at the same time.
With its sleek fit-out featuring warm tones and natural finishes, this is definitely a black-tie affair, but with the top button undone. The menu is designed to showcase the diversity and depth of seasonal Australian produce, with fully matured Black Angus and grass-fed, free-range Tasmanian beef taking centre stage. Meat may be king at C Grill, but one taste of the delicate saffron risotto cakes with banana prawns should be enough to convince you this is much more than a ribs-and-rump diner.
