Upon entering By Basia, the immediate appeal is undeniable. The cafe is a welcoming space, its minimalist design tastefully adorned with artworks and framed pictures of exotic lands and foreign cityscapes. The rustic, wooden communal tables offer the perfect spot for an impromptu catch-up or meeting; while the quaint little courtyard is more suited to perching under some shade with a good book, a strong and smooth cup of coffee and perhaps something to nibble from the lunch or all-day breakfast menu.
