One of the better restaurants at Docklands
Having dined at Butcher's Grill on Bourke Street previously, we expected similarly good things from Butcher's Grill Docklands. We were not disappointed! The service was friendly and prompt, the portions were satisfactory and the food was great! We ordered the mixed grill and wagyu steak. The steak was absolutely perfect. It looked a bit lonely sitting on a bed of garlic mash though, but we also ordered sides so that was fine. Well worth going back!

Worth going back!
The food was amazing. The steaks and chocolate cake dessert was exceptional.
Although it was very busy and our online booking didn't go through we still got a table. We were never made to feel rushed through our meal. The staff were very helpful.
The only down side was we were sitting infront of the grill and the whole restaurant got very smokey. We went home smelling of BBQ.

over priced
Over priced steak at fine dining prices. Definitely not worth the visit, when we can bbq our steak at home. The view was the only memorable thing about the evening.

After seeing positive review of the Butchers Grill, my Fiance (now husband) and I decided to hold our wedding dinner there, as we were only having an intimate wedding with just our parents as guests - 9 guests in total. From our first visit when we went to the restaurant to book the table the staff were amazing. We asked for a specific table and explained what the occasion was. When I called to confirm reservations the staff were helpful and remembered what we had asked. I dropped a gift bag with place cards and favours off a couple of days before the wedding and they staff ensured our table was ready for our arrival which it was and everything looked great. The meals were also fantastic large portions, exactly what you see on the menu and on the web site (no need for a McDonalds stop on the way home due to lack of food) excellent quality, well cooked and value for money. Not a single person was disappointed with their meal. Our waitress for the evening went out of her way to make everything perfect for us, while ensuring other patrons did not miss out. The Docklands Venue is also fantastic with modern decor and great views overlooking the water. I can t say enough good things about The Burcher s Grill, Docklands - 5 stars, highly recommend you won t be disappointed.

Waterfront restaurants
One of the best places I've been to! Atmosphere is very enjoyable and service is superb! I recommend to try it out.
