The smell of freshly roasted coffee wafts out of this too-cute cafe on the south end of King Street. Sitting where Succulent used to be, Bump N Grind Central Cafe functions predominantly as a morning, lunch and afternoon snack kind of haunt (on weekends it's a bustling evening spot, too). The feel is funky and unpretentious, a sentiment reflected in the honest comfort foods on the mod-Oz/international menu, which include vegetarian breakfasts, spicy Cajun chicken wraps, and veal medallions. Bump N Grind stands out on the corner of King and Alice Streets, just opposite the carwash.
