Great night
The atmosphere exotic - water garden and Indonesian drapes. Welcome friendly and helpful. Offer of blankets as indoor/outdoor area with heating. The four of us only had mains because guests to fly out early next morning. The food was just superb and the service wonderful. No problems re only 1 course. I had eaten lunch there before when place much larger - lease now expired for bigger area - now more intimate. Congratulations!

Was best in area...now...average
As a long time fan of Buddha Belly, I was deeply disappointed to lunch there today and find it had undergone a tranformation, for the worst. Gone was the tranquil gardens, relaxed casual northern beaches atmosphere, to be relaced by a penned in average Thai restaurant that was but a shadow of "one of the best restaurants", in the area. I am uncertain whether WW3 has broken out with the sharing tenancies, but no longer do diners enjoy the peaceful outlook of the tranquil gardens, rather they get to see hoardings and barriers preventing both inspection & access. Food was previously great, but now average.

Brief visit - just a morning coffe and brownie. Both were very good, but the brownie did not arrive with the coffee - so I went and asked them to bring it. Now it wasn't the fact that the brownie didn't arrive that impressed me, but the fact that they refused to charge for the brownie because they were a little slow on the delivery that impressed me.
