While not a "restaurant" per se, Bubbles on Cove is a unique Euro-style concept bottle shop-cum-wine bar that serves an array of nibbles to go with the stellar regional and international wines. Let's start with the wine first though: Bubbles lets you purchase wine at bottle shop rather than restaurant prices; and before you buy a bottle or glass of vino, you can try one of 20 15mL samples from the miraculous Enomatic dispenser machine. On the food front, you can pair your wines with Mount Tambourine's Witches Chase Cheeses, or choose a couple of plates from the light tapas menu provided by the nearby O Bar & Grill. Let's not forget to mention that Bubbles is the brainchild of Meyjitte Boughenot, who runs the popular Absynthe restaurant in Surfers Paradise, so you're in safe hands.
