Nestled in the leafy surrounds of Surry Hills, this new cute little coffee nook is soon to be another staple for the spoilt-for-choice residents of the 2010 postcode.
The name may have clued you in but Bruschetteria prides itself on the versatility of the humble tomato on toast. Boasting a plethora of different versions of bruschetta, including a salsiccia (Italian pork sausage, raddichio salad and tzatziki) or an uova e pancetta (smoky bacon rashers laid delicately atop creamy scrambled eggs).
Owner and barista Luca Mistretta completes the offerings with strong and smooth cups of coffee served in antique cups with souvenir spoons, including a devilishly good Nutella coffee, which tastes as decadent as it sounds.
