Equal parts restaurant, cafe and bar, this place manages to excel at all three, with the coffees, woodfired pizzas and extensive wine list all given equal attention and care. Best value, bang-for-buck-wise, would have to be the woodfired pizzas, which come in varieties such as the Zucchini (tomato, mozzarella, zucchini, sliced potato, onion, oregano and garlic) and the Salsiccia (Italian pork sausage, mozzarella, button mushrooms, caramelised onion and tomatoes). This is as popular for quiet, midweek family dinners as it is for bigger catch-up meals and drinks with friends.
